Here is what tragically happened, just a few months ago in late January...

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to inform you about a tragic incident that occurred Saturday night while my husband and I were traveling. Unfortunately, we met with a severe accident involving our CNG 3-wheeler and a truck. I am devastated to share that my husband passed away on the spot, and I have sustained several fractures in my legs. I am currently admitted to the hospital, and the recovery timeline is uncertain at this point.

In light of this situation, I regret to inform you that I won't be able to commence the full-time job starting next month as originally planned. I understand the implications this may have on the team and the responsibilities assigned to me. However, my physical condition requires immediate attention and recovery, and I am uncertain about the timeframe for my return to work.
