I believe that the reason the Beverly Yoga Center is here today is because WE have created a sacred space that holds the wishes, intentions and longings to be whole, peaceful and healthy. The feeling of our space is something that has manifested because of your presence. We have done this together for almost 15 years!
This time of the pandemic has reminded me both professionally and personally of how deeply grateful I am for the practices of yoga. It is what many in our community have relied on to live through this time and other challenges with grace, dignity and faith.
Protecting our space for the future is in the foreground of my priorities, but we need help.
When we open with much smaller class sizes and state requirements, our expenses exceed our only stream of revenue which is class income.
The Beverly Yoga Center needs a bridge during this transition of the present into the future.
I am asking our community to build that bridge together to help us get to the other side so that we can secure our space, meet the new requirements and be there for you when it is safe to return.
We are launching a GoFundMe campaign to help during this time. If you are called to support this effort, your community of teachers and fellow yogi’s would be grateful.
Any amount helps; no contribution is too small.
