Help Us Protect Our Daughter—and Stand Up for Parental Rights, Religious Freedom, and Truth

Dear friends, family, fellow believers, and defenders of parental rights,

We never thought we’d be here, writing this kind of message. We are a Christian family from Texas, raising our children to know the Lord, to cherish the truth of His word, and to walk in the identity He lovingly gave them. But over the past year, we’ve found ourselves in the middle of a nightmare. A nightmare that no parent should ever have to face.

Our daughter has become the center of a legal, political, and spiritual battle. Behind our backs, and without our consent a school counselor, school staff, and our daughter’s non-custodial parent worked in concert to withhold information from us in order to guide our daughter down the path of gender confusion that completely contradicts her upbringing, her biology, and her well-being.

She is only 10 years old.

She was secretly encouraged to explore a transgender identity. A school counselor maintained an undisclosed relationship with our daughter for several months, meeting with her every week and then shortly before encouraging her to come home and have a conversation with us about wanting to be transgender, meeting with her every day for two weeks to talk her through how to have the conversation. Even more shockingly, her non-custodial parent was told about this before us and withheld the information to weaponize the situation to gain control over decision-making for our daughter. When we finally found out and raised concerns and demanded answers, we were lied to, deceived, manipulated, and treated like we were the problem. Like we were a threat to our own child—for believing in Biblical truth, for standing up for our rights as her parents, and for daring to question the ideology being forced upon her.

This is not just a personal crisis. It is a public warning.

This story is about more than our family. It’s about a system that has decided it knows better than parents. A system that believes it can override biological reality and spiritual truth. A system that has weaponizes deviant political ideology, the public education system, and mental health services against those of us who still believe that God creates us male and female, and that children deserve time, protection, and guidance, not indoctrination.

We are raising funds to cover urgent legal and living expenses as we fight back against the school system, the school counselors’ association, and the non-custodial parent who are working in coordination to push their agenda on our daughter.

We are also dealing with financial hardship due to the emotional toll and time this battle has taken. Our ability to work and earn has been affected, and every dollar raised will also go toward maintaining a stable, faith-filled home for our daughter and her siblings while we fight this fight.

Our daughter was not confused at home. She loved being a sweet, kind, and creative girl. She loved God, said prayers with us nightly, and had a real and genuine faith of her own.

The non-custodial parent—who has been continuously hostile and antagonistic toward us as parents has long held views at odds with our Christian values. He exploited his daughter’s mental health to carry out a sick personal vendetta. And the school counselors, instead of calling us, supported this hidden transition behind closed doors. They told her she didn’t need to tell her “unsupportive” parents. They told her to be brave and live her “truth.” They did this knowing full well that she is only a child, and that she was being pulled into something deeply serious, something irreversible.

This is not compassion. It is coercion. And it’s happening in schools across America.

We Will Not Be Silent

We know the truth: God is not the author of confusion. He created our daughter with love and intentionality. He gave her to us to raise in His ways, not to be handed over to the shifting winds of modern deviant ideology.

We have been threatened. We have been mocked. We have been told by school staff that our faith is "mental abuse" and "indoctrination."

How You Can Help

1. Support Financially. This will be a long and expensive as we fight each layer that contributed to it all happening the way it did. Every dollar helps us keep up this legal battle and continue providing a safe, loving home for our daughter and her siblings.

2. Share. Please share this campaign with your believing friends, family, church communities, and organizations fighting the battle for faith. Help us raise awareness that this is happening—and that it’s wrong.

3. Pray. We need spiritual covering and strength. Pray for our daughter’s protection, for our legal team’s wisdom, and for truth to be revealed in court.

4. Speak out. If you’re a parent—especially a Christian parent—talk to your school administrators, give them written notice that you do not consent to your child receiving undisclosed counseling. Write your representatives letting them know you are tired of the deviant agenda and the impact it has had on our children and our families.

This is about more than pronouns. This is about truth. It’s about whether parents will be allowed to raise their children in accordance with their deeply held religious beliefs, or whether the state, educators, mental health professionals, or malicious family members will take that role away.

We believe God is calling people to rise up, to defend children, protect families, and expose what is happening in our public institutions.
