These orders were signed without her ever being served or notified of any proceedings, even though she checked before leaving. Her ex didn’t file anything until after she left Tennessee, making this situation even more complicated and urgent.

Now, we are facing a legal battle to fight these orders and ensure both sides are heard. We need attorneys in both Texas and Tennessee to help us challenge these false allegations and protect my daughter’s rights as a mother.
