❤️ Help Protect My Grandmother — A 94-Year-Old Victim of Elder Abuse and Betrayal

Her Story

My grandmother will turn 94 on October 16, 2025. She has dementia, a heart full of love, and a spirit that has always put others before herself. To me, she’s more than my grandmother — she’s my mother, my guiding light, and the woman who raised me with endless compassion, wisdom, and strength.

But now, she desperately needs help.

Since her dementia diagnosis, the two eldest of her children and their families have stolen more than $1 million from her — everything she worked her whole life to save. They convinced her that I had taken her money, twisting the truth through manipulation, fear, and lies. Once they gained her trust, they took control of her finances and estate, systematically draining her accounts and taking her property.

In October 2024, my grandmother began needing 24-hour in-home care — care that she could afford from her savings. But when her oldest son took control a month later, he fired every care provider, leaving her alone, vulnerable, and afraid. Despite now holding her property in his name, he still forces her to pay property taxes until she dies.

This is elder abuse — and I can’t stand by and watch it continue.

What We’re Fighting For

We are asking the court to appoint a neutral, third-party guardian to protect my grandmother’s health, safety, and finances. We are also petitioning to reinstate her estate to her 2017 Will, which reflected her true wishes before the manipulation began.

To make this possible, we urgently need to raise $133,000 to cover:

Attorney fees for the guardianship and estate restoration

Legal costs to recover the stolen funds

Repayment of the personal loans I’ve taken (including from my father, who closed his retirement account to help me fight this)

Every dollar will go toward restoring my grandmother’s dignity, ensuring she can again afford the 24-hour care she needs, and protecting her from further harm.

Why This Matters

My grandmother’s story is one of love, betrayal, and the power of family — both the ones we are born into and the ones who choose to stand beside us. She gave her entire life to her children and grandchildren. She deserves peace, comfort, and protection in her final years — not loneliness, fear, and loss.

I am fighting for her not just in court, but from my heart. Please help me protect the woman who protected me all my life.
