Priyank Patel (DOB 06/04/1998) 26-year older Male admitted to St. Mary Medical Center ER (1201 Langhorne Newtown Rd, Langhorne, PA 19047) on March 12th, 2025, with Seizure and Pneumonia Infection. He is in ICU and on ventilator from March 12th 2025 and doctors are treating him for (1) Anemia, thrombocytopenia, bicytopenia, fever, hypertriglyceridemia, hypofibrinogenemia, seizure, hemophagocytosis. This has been a chronic issue,

3. Cardiomyopathy

4. Cerebral palsy

5. Feet and hand ischemia

6 Renal insufficiency -worsening
