Help Prisma Vintage who was affected by looting
Donation protected
Prisma Vintage in Austin, Texas was looted last night. This is a minority, woman owned business. While the damage wasn't as extensive as several other businesses, there are still costs associated with insurance deductibles, immediate cleanup costs, keeping her staff employed while closed, and loss of business as the shop must close yet again. Covid hit us all hard, we were forced to close, and now that we were finally able to reopen, she is now faced with this challenge.
The owner Karla has been in the vintage community for 20+ years and this is her sole income. We have watched her grow as she has hustled, working non-stop from growing a wholesale business into a retail business while raising her son. She is an inspiration for women in business and it hurts to see another struggle added to her life.
We are hoping to raise a small amount to help her cleanup and get back on her feet. Another way to help is to shop Prisma Vintage online at https://prismavintage.com/
Anything raised over her goal will be donated to organizations helping black and minority women entrepreneurs.
