A Heartfelt Appeal for Support
My name is Priscilla, a 31-year-old Kenyan woman with dreams and aspirations as bright as any other young soul. I am an ambitious, strong, and beautiful woman who has always sought to make a positive difference in the world. For the past 9 years, I have been working as a medical laboratory technologist, helping others with their health in times of need.

However, life has presented me with a challenging test, and today I reach out to you for support. In December 2023, I was diagnosed with kidney failure, a condition that has drastically changed my life and energy levels. Since then, I have had to shift to part-time work in order to travel 2.5 hours to Nairobi for dialysis twice a week in an attempt to manage my health. This ongoing treatment has been both physically and emotionally exhausting. Yet, I try to remain hopeful, clinging to the belief that I can overcome this challenge with the right support and treatment.
The next step in my journey is a kidney transplant, which offers the potential for a better, healthier life. The cost of the transplant, including necessary tests and surgery, is approximately 2.5 million Kenyan shillings or US$20,000. This is a considerable amount, and I am reaching out to my friends, family, and kind-hearted individuals to help me raise the necessary funds.

I know that this journey may seem overwhelming, but I believe that with your love and support, I can regain my health and continue to live the life I dream of. Your generous contribution will not only help me physically but will also help restore my spirit, bringing me one step closer to becoming the vibrant woman I was before this diagnosis.
To all those who can assist, whether through donations, prayers, or simply spreading the word, I am deeply grateful for your kindness. You are making a difference, and you are helping a beautiful young soul smile again.
Thank you for your love, support, and prayers. May you all be blessed abundantly for your generosity and compassion.
With heartfelt gratitude,
Priscilla
