Princess Paris has been my saving grace since I adopted her in January 2021, after a difficult period in my life. She was six years old when she came into my life, and from the start, she has been everything and more. I was struggling with physical and mental health issues, and after withdrawing from UC Berkeley, I felt hopeless. Adopting Princess Paris gave me a reason to keep going, and she has been there for me through every challenge.

A year ago, Princess Paris was diagnosed with small cell lymphoma cancer after not eating for a month. Since then, she has received ongoing care from her primary veterinarian, emergency clinics, and specialists. Until recently, she was thriving, but her chemotherapy stopped working. On top of that, I had to quit my job to give Paris the 24.7 ongoing care she needs, including subcutaneous fluids, injections, and daily medications every day. I spend every moment I can with her. Princess Paris needs continued supportive care to stabilize her and try another chemotherapy as a last effort before having to resort to making premature end-of-life decisions.

The funds raised will go directly toward her ongoing care, including visits to her primary and specialty veterinarians, internal medicine, oncology, and supportive medications. I have done my best to do everything I can for Princess Paris, but I am now struggling financially and emotionally. She deserves the chance to survive and continue fighting, rather than opting for premature euthanasia. Any support you can offer—whether through donations or sharing her story—means the world to us.
