My name is Princess, and I am a mother of three who has always worked hard to provide for my family. For over 13 years, I dedicated myself to my job at IHOP, and recently I took on a new role that was 25 miles away from my home—15 miles farther than my last store. I made this change to better support my children, even though it meant a longer commute and more time away from home.

Unfortunately, on December 31, I was let go from my job without any pay. Since then, I have been struggling to make ends meet, and I am now on the brink of homelessness. The sudden loss of income has made it incredibly difficult to cover our basic needs, and I am doing everything I can to keep my family safe and together during this challenging time.

I am reaching out for help because the funds raised will go directly toward covering our rent, putting food on the table, and making sure my children have transportation to get back and forth to school. I know the economy is rough for everyone right now, and so many people are looking for help.
