Hello everyone, my name is Kyara Goni, and my dog's name is Princess. She has recently been diagnosed with diabetes and requires a lot of attentive care as well as medical visits to regulate her sugar levels starting from now on. Princess is 5 years old and has been my best friend ever since. She is truly so loving and caring and has never left my side. Sadly, she has recently stopped eating and begun drinking an excessive amount of water due to her diabetes. As of now, her glucose (sugar) levels are at a high 470 when they should be between 80-200. They shall now be monitored weekly by going to the vet. As much as I want to provide everything for her, it'll be hard to afford it. I am having to step away from home and school to pick up extra shifts to be able to afford her insulin and her dietary foods.
