Primo Lewis Hughes Sr was born in 1973 to the parents of the late Clifford and Georgia Hughes. He was the youngest of 5 with 3 brothers Richard Clifford Chris and 1 sister Georgia.

Primo was a heavy weapons fighter and educator for the Medieval Organization SCA from about 14yrs old. He was known as Lord Primo di Napoli.

Primo was employed by TJ Maxx DC in Pittson Twp in the maintenance department and was a union member and delegate for SEIU for 17yrs. He was a fighter for his fellow coworkers every 3yrs, during contact negotiations.

We need a lot of help and support. Please help us during this time of immense grief and pain.

Sincerely,
Tina Ginger Hughes

Primo was my rock and provider, and now our son and I are faced with funeral costs and a mountain of bills that Primo paid. We can't access his bank account until his death certificates are complete, which will take another 4-6 weeks to receive. Then, it'll take about a week for the bank to verify that his death certificate is valid. Then I'll be able to gain access to the funds.

Our son Grey and I are struggling because we just don't have the funds we need and it's paralyzing.

Primo was in hospital a few months ago and we were working on getting his body prepped for a pacemaker defibrillator when he passed away on May 6th 2025. I found him in his gaming chair with controller on hand. It was fast and silent and I heard nothing. The Widow Maker stole him away from us and he was our main income source.

His funeral costs $7,000 along with the $3,000 in household bills that Primo paid. Grey will be out of work for another week so we'll really be up the creek.

Primo worked hard for 26yrs, for our family and we 3 worked together to save the down-payment for our home. As a result, my husband was able to enjoy our new peaceful home for 2 full years like to the day. May 5th 2023 we bought our forever home and he passed the next day on May 6th 2025.

Primo made a promise to love me until his day, and our last words were I love you, before going to bed that early morning. He passed within a few hours.

Our son and I need as much help as possible because we weren't prepared to lose Primo so soon that there was no goodbye.
