Hi, my name is Marissa . I’m a mother and currently pregnant, and I’m reaching out during a very difficult and vulnerable time in my life.

Right now, I am facing the possibility of losing my apartment due to falling behind on rent. I owe approximately $5,300, and despite doing everything I can, I’ve exhausted my personal resources. I’ve already leaned on family for help with basic necessities, and I am actively seeking assistance through local resources, but support has been limited and slow.

I do not take asking for help lightly. I’ve always worked hard to provide for my children, but between pregnancy, childcare challenges, and unexpected hardships, I’ve reached a point where I cannot do this alone. Without stable housing, it would be extremely difficult to continue working and caring for my children safely.

My greatest priority is keeping a stable, secure home for my kids and preparing for my baby’s arrival. Any support whether through a donation or simply sharing this fundraiser truly means more than I can express.
