Help Prevent Foreclosure on Childhood Home

Well, it's come down to GoFundMe or homelessness, long story short my ex-stepfather lives downstairs, refuses to help with probate, hides bills and tax notices until they are due, and now I am facing foreclosure cause he won't pay for anything, I am filing court proceedings soon, but need help stopping foreclosure on my recently paid off childhood home, anything helps at this point...
