Single motherhood has been a nightmare. The bills keep piling up, and due to my kiddo's needs, I am unable to work until Rowan goes back to school in the fall.

I tried to come up with a solution and rent my house out to cover the bills there. That situation went badly sideways with tenants now in my home with rent unpaid. I legally can do nothing right now that gets my bills paid.

I have an interested buyer in my home. Due to legalities, I can't give more info here. But this may be a slow process where I am in limbo with bills still piling up. Till I have rent coming in and the house sale finalized to eliminate the loans, I am in very real danger of going into foreclosure in the next few months.

I am trying to shift my life and regain the balance I lost when kiddo's dad left. We are all aware of the political climate that makes being a single mother a nightmare right now. Trying to find my way through this awful darkness without family support.

Anything raised here will go to catching up my mortgage (tipping into 90 days late) to prevent foreclosure so I can sell asap to the interested buyer. Any amount helps. Any extra will be applied to utility bills.
