Help Preston Sullivan Heal and Recover

The Hayward Boys Basketball program would like to help support Preston Sullivan and family with the costs associated with medical expense. Preston is a Junior attending the Hayward Community School District and participates in Football, Basketball and Golf. Preston has what is called a Chiari Malformation. It a brain condition which is in the back part of his brain down by what is called the cerebellum. It has been causing some issues that can become pretty serious and permanent if not treated right away. Preston will be out of athletics for the next 3-5 months. Your support will help offset the medical expenses associated with the undergoing surgery.
