Help Preston Find Pain Relief

My husband, Preston, about June 2020 started having some weird symptoms, we brushed it off as him just not feeling well. But they kept getting worse, more severe, and more consistent. Pain, labored breathing, dizzyness, fatigue. Within a couple of months he had to quit his job, working for a local farmer, because his pain and other symptoms were so severe. We started going to doctors, and for the last year, no one has been able to tell us what was wrong, or why he was having these severe issues.
We went to 4 different General Practice Dr.s and now 4 different specialists so far. The appointments were so far between each other it's been "hurry up and wait" all year. They have done almost every test imaginable, tried so many pain meds we can't keep track. And nothing has helped. The pain gets so bad at times it's a 10 out of 10 on the pain level scale. He can barely get out of bed some days to take care of our kids, and never has much energy. Sometimes the pain will be so debilitating that he will fall down from dizzyness /pain.
After months and months of no direction to go in. The last doctor we went to said that it is his belief that Preston has a severe case of Fibromyalgia. It is hard news to take, because there is no cure for Fibro, only "management" We are having to come to terms that life will be different, and have to figure out how to take care of our acreage without his help. He most probably won't be able to do the things he is passionate about, like ride his motorcycle, hunt, fish, hike... Unless we can find some type of pain management option that works well..
So this is why I'm reaching out. Some of the options we want to try are not covered by insurance, and are going to get pricy, quickly. We want to be able and find him something that helps him at least tolerate the pain, because as of now, there's many days where it's definitely not tolerable..
We also just recently found out that our basement walls are starting to cave in, and have had 2 companies tell us it needs completely redone. Without Preston being able to work, and or do some of it ourselves. I'm not sure how to make this happen either.
Anything helps, and I'm not usually one to ask for this type of help, but things are getting too overwhelming. The kids want their dad back. They have been so helpful and patient trying to help him through this. But I hate seeing them having to grow up so fast. I've had numerous people tell me to reach out for help. Anything is appreciated, and we thank you in advance!
