Hello everybody, 
One of my undergraduate fraternity brothers, Preston Bowditch, II (2-19-KL) was suddenly admitted to the hospital on Saturday Feb. 7, 2021 after experiencing severe abdominal pain.  He initially went to urgent care, but after a brief examination, they sent him to the hospital for an MRI.  They discovered a cyst on his pancreas the size of a melon and he has to undergo immediate surgery for removal.

I've been in touch with Preston and he is in a lot of pain, but glad that he knows what the problem is and is hopeful surgery will help.  He is a current student at NCSU and works part-time to pay for school.  Needless to say, he will be out of work and school during his recovery.  His dad, Preston, Sr. is at the hospital with him. 

I'm asking for your thoughts and prayers for a full recovery for Preston.  For those of you that might be able to help with any amount financially for Preston, that would be greatly appreciated as well.  The funds will be used for medical bills and living expenses as Preston will not be able to work his part-time job.  Thank you in advance.
