Sharing an intimate project called Inner, an experimental electronic album by Dexter Story, produced by music curator and creative director Rani de Leon. The record is built as an inward journey — reflective, playful, and personal — guided by memory, instinct, and trust. The cover, a collage of childhood photographs, traces a line from early imagination to the present moment, honoring the quiet continuity of growth and becoming. I am releasing this independently on my new label, MAI Recordings (Music, Art and Inspiration), as a gesture of gratitude and connection, and as a gentle prelude to T’som, my forthcoming album with Soundway Records arriving in summer 2026. The physical manufacturing costs for pressing 100 vinyl records for Inner are difficult to manage on top of marketing expenses.
