Music has been a huge part of my life, and playing the saxophone has shaped my high school experience in so many positive ways. I've been fortunate to use a school-owned saxophone, which has allowed me to grow as a musician and dream about a future in music. As I prepare to graduate and head to college, I want to continue playing and work toward my goal of becoming a music educator. However, I won't have access to the school instrument after graduation, and getting my own saxophone is the next big step on my journey.

Having a personal saxophone would mean everything to me. In college, access to instruments is very limited, and having my own would guarantee I can keep practicing, especially during the summer when school resources aren't available. It would also be an investment in my future, lasting me through college and into my career as a music educator, where I hope to inspire others the way music has inspired me.

Coming from a household of five kids, I know how hard it can be to provide for everyone equally.
