Help Milx Preserve his Vision
Donation protected
Hi. We are friends of Miruku Milx (ミルク), a talented artist who has quietly shaped many of the creative experiences we’ve all enjoyed. Though I haven’t known him long, I’ve seen firsthand how much he gives to the community—and how reluctant he is to ask for anything in return.
Many of us have felt the impact of Milx's work—whether through a beautifully built stage, dancing at one if his stages at Wonderfruit,or eaten a lovingly prepared meals.
He’s a quiet force in our creative community: an illustrator, stage designer, artist, and pop-up chef whose hands have helped shape countless gatherings. From large festivals to intimate local events, his work has always been about creating joy, connection, and beauty.
Now, he needs our support.
He’s been diagnosed with epimacular membrane, a degenerative eye condition that threatens his vision. For someone whose life and livelihood are rooted in seeing and creating, this is urgent. He requires surgery within the next two months to prevent permanent vision loss—but without insurance, the cost is 250,000 baht, a significant barrier.
He wouldn’t ask for help himself, so we’re doing it for him.
If you’ve ever found yourself moved, inspired, or simply present in a moment shaped by his creativity, we invite you to give what you can.
To better understand what he’s experiencing, he’s created an amazing short illustrated story about hisexperience:
Every donation, every share, every bit of support helps him move one step closer to recovery—and to continuing the work that brings light to so many.
Thank you for taking the time to read and consider supporting. If this resonates, please share with others who may want to help too.
