Evelyn Kay Kiefer was born February 6, 2021 at 9:47pm at Children’s Mercy Hospital. She was born with Cri Du Chat syndrome which effects approximately 1/50,000 babies and 3q syndrome. These genetic issues caused Evelyn to be born with spina bifida, a heart defect, a cleft palate and other birth defects. Evelyn spent 77 days with her mommy and daddy right by her side fighting but on April 22nd she took her journey home to be with our heavenly father and many loved ones who have gone before her. Evelyn was a beautiful, precious babygirl with red hair and blue eyes. She lit up our world every day that we were blessed with her on this earth.  We are asking for donations to help with cremation, celebration of life and any needs that Jake and Abby might have being out of work and at her side these past several weeks. Any financial help, no matter how small will help them cover all of these expenses while they put Evelyn to rest and get back on their feet.
