Help Prairie Wind Pet Lodge Grow and Expand

Our names are Daniel & Sierra, and we are the proud owners of Prairie Wind Pet Lodge. We have been open for a little over 2 years now, and as many know, we have done everything out of pocket as getting a loan is extremely difficult. We have two amazing kids who are such a big help with this business. When we say it's a dream job, we aren't lying. Who doesn't love playing with animals all day? However, building nowadays is extremely expensive.

We are never ones to ask for help; quite the opposite, actually. We are the ones always helping everyone out, never expecting anything in return because that is just the type of people we are. We would like to think we have created a very good relationship with a majority, if not all, of our clients. We are not a regular boarding facility. We will sit down on the floor with your fur baby for hours, making sure they feel comfortable. We will mourn with you during the loss of a pet. We will give your fur baby endless hugs and receive all the slobber kisses they want to give and make sure they have clean bedding and lots of toys. We will tell them we love them and that their families will be back to get them soon. You never have to worry about your fur babies when you drop them off with us. You always know you're going to receive possibly an obnoxious amount of pictures and videos while they are with us .

I could go on and on, but instead, let's tell you what we are doing now. We are expanding our fencing to commercial grade and 6ft tall to keep everyone in and extra safe, and putting in cement for the outdoor kennels to keep things extra clean. The new and improved yard will be 250 feet of fencing, making it so we can have sectioned-off areas for smaller dogs and then one massive area the dogs can run and run and run in. Then we will be able to start adding in climbers and such at some point. For now, they love jumping on tires and playing in pools.

Anyone who donates, we would absolutely love to add your name somewhere on our facility as a big thank you for believing in us. We will also be doing other fundraiser ideas like paw art, cookie sales, merchandise, and any other ideas everyone might come up with. Lots of amazing ideas ahead.
