Help Prabha for Metastatic Breast Cancer Treatment

I am Mili Sharma, a resident of California. My Mother(Prabha Sharma) came to visit us in January of this year. She had a sensation of a lump in her right breast last month.
So, I scheduled an appointment with a Primary Care Physician in the first week of April, and they recommended that my mother get Mammography and Ultrasound tests done.
The tests and the Biopsy reports confirmed that she had four lumps, three of them were cancerous and one was in a metastatic stage. The cancer has spread from her right breast to multiple lymph nodes in her right armpit. The cancer stage is 2B and grade 3, she needs to be treated right away before it gets any worse.
Since my mother is a visitor in the US, she has minimal medical insurance coverage. It covers only a portion of the costs needed for the cancer treatment. As part of her treatment, she will need to undergo several chemo sessions as well as a surgery. Due to the current Covid situation in India, we were advised not to send her to India for treatment.
