Samuel Powel Elementary Musical Theater Club's is putting on a production of Annie. The performance will happen in late May at our school. Our music teacher and Artist Year resident teacher are working so hard to support our kids and make this play happen.

We are raising funds to support performance and all their hard work. All donations will go towards the creation of the set, costumes, props, sound system, and other performance related costs. Any remaining funds go to other costs associated with the Powel Music Program.

Powel Elementary is a West Philadelphia public school that services students with a wide variety of economic backgrounds. The cash strapped Philadelphia School District doesn't have the funds for the arts that some other places might, and that's where we come in!

Our kid are rehearsing twice a week. Techers are working tirelessly. Let's show our support and help this performance be the best in can be by making a tax deductible donation!
