Help Portugal’s Women Earn Their First ICC Ranking

We are the Portugal Women’s National Cricket Team — pioneers building the future of women’s sport in Portugal.

We’ve already made history by winning Portugal’s debut ECN T10I & T20I international series against Norway.

Now we are ready for our next—and biggest—step.

From 4–6 September 2026, we will travel to Prague to represent Portugal against the Czech Republic, Estonia and Belgium.

These international matches will give us the opportunity to earn Portugal’s first official ICC Women’s T20I ranking.

Why This Matters

An official ICC ranking would be a major milestone for women’s cricket in Portugal. It would help us:

Our Goal: €5,000

As a developing national team, the costs of representing our country internationally are not yet fully covered. Your contribution will help pay for:

✨ Meals and player expenses during the tournament

A note to our previous supporters

Some of you generously donated to our earlier campaign for a planned international tournament in Portugal.

Unfortunately, that tournament did not go ahead. Separately, because the campaign’s bank account had not been connected within the required timeframe, GoFundMe automatically refunded every donation. The team did not receive any of the money raised.

We are extremely grateful to everyone who supported us before, and we hope you will consider joining us again as we begin this new and confirmed journey to Prague.
