Hi everyone,
We need your help to save happy little Porsche!
Porsche's Story
Porsche is the most outgoing, joyful little puppy (we call her Miss Congeniality) who has a bigger-than-life personality at just six weeks old! Recently, we discovered that Porsche has a condition called vascular ring anomalies. These are congenital heart defects that form a ring around the windpipe or esophagus. There is no known cause of or genetic link for vascular rings. The condition is officially called PRAA (Persistent Right Aortic Arch). Connie (her breeder) noticed the issue early on because Porsche started regurgitating her food once she began eating solid foods.
The Surgery
Porsche needs to undergo surgery to correct this condition. The surgery is scheduled for Thursday, June 27th at CSU and it will cost between $6,000 and $8,000. This is a significant amount, and we are reaching out to you, our friends, family, and kind-hearted strangers, to help us cover the costs.
How You Can Help
We are asking for any amount you can contribute to help us reach our goal. Every little bit helps and will go directly towards Porsche's surgery and recovery.
Connie cares for and loves her pups deeply, every single one. She would never ask for money so I am asking for help, for her and for sweet Porsche! I’ve never seen someone care for puppies like she does…she stays up all night with the puppies and sleeps right next to them at times just to make sure they are okay and makes so many sacrifices for them. Bryan and Connie are both hand feeding Porsche in little increments throughout the day to ensure she is getting the nutrients a rapidly growing puppy needs!
