Help Poochini's Mom with medical and death expenses

Poochini is my service dog and constant companion. When he was 5 months old, I discovered he could alert me to my client's seizures, and we started the road to teaching him to also detect blood sugar and blood pressure changes in the clients I care for. He has helped sick people manage their illnesses. He has been amazing.
Last Friday, my sweet Poochini went to the ER and was diagnosed with severe anemia, heart failure. They also aspirated the tumor on his leg that I was aware of... but did not want touched...(they did not ask)
He had a blood transfusion and is on medicine.
He got discharged.
He had an echocardiogram and the heart failure resolved. Pretty common in older dogs.
I had a little emergency fund but
here is where the problem happened..He had a small tumor on his leg that had not grown at all in a year and my regular vet advised to leave it alone. Some tumors in dogs grow if you poke them and don't use a medicine to stop that.
A few days later, a swelling appeared at the site of the tumor.
I went back to the ER where I was told he may not survive a transfusion and they didn't have the blood. I called the regular vet the following morning who said that he should have a transfusion and that it would be ok...but they wouldn't do it because it takes 6 hours, they wanted him hospitalized, and they were closing at midnight. They wouldn't do it if he couldn't stay overnight. They wouldn't do it and transfer him. I contacted several hospitals in the area; none had blood or were so busy they wouldn't see him.
He was resting comfortably, sleeping at home, and with all avenues exhausted I am caring for him the best I can until I can secure more funding or the doctors say there is no more they can do. He is on supplements for the anemia and antibiotics and a steroid to keep the tumor at bay.
I got so many different answers at one point, I had to do my research.
I will have to repeat some tests just because of what happened with the sample so I know how to proceed but he has anemia and that is what I'm trying to treat first.
This all came out of nowhere. He has been well cared for, gotten exams, shots and been in good health.
I am taking it minute by minute.
Regardless of whether or not he gets another transfusion, there are more expenses ahead.
We have been making videos on FB and Instagram and just got monitized. If you wish you can support by buying stars.
I would appreciate any help.
Thank you.
