Hi, my name is PJ Svejda and I’m a passionate artist, a devoted conservation advocate, and a single mom to the best little boy. I’ve been given an incredible opportunity to share a booth with two other talented artists at Art Basel Miami this year — one of the world’s most influential art fairs. This is more than just a chance to showcase my work — it’s a life-changing moment that could open new doors for my art and my message.

My work is deeply rooted in the themes of conservation, coexistence, and the sacred relationship between people and the natural world. I believe that through art, we can inspire real change, spark conversations, and bring people closer to the environment we all depend on.

As a single mom, balancing my art career with parenthood hasn’t always been easy, but I never stop creating. Being part of Art Basel would not only be a huge step for me professionally — it would be a powerful way to show my child that passion, purpose, and perseverance matter.
