Hi, I'm Joey Ferriola, founder and head coach of Pixel Pros Esports League, a competitive gaming program for middle and high school students in Onslow and Pender Counties, NC.
Our mission is simple: to give kids who don’t participate in traditional sports the same kind of structured, rewarding experience that those programs offer—teamwork, leadership, discipline, and pride. We use esports as the vehicle to get them there.
Esports isn’t just a hobby anymore. Over 200 colleges and universities now offer competitive esports programs with scholarships, giving students a chance to turn their passion into a college opportunity—and even a career. Our goal is to prepare our players to compete at that next level.
But right now, we’re facing a challenge: many of our players don’t have access to a gaming PC or laptop at home. That means they can’t practice, improve, or fully participate in team activities outside of our in-person practices.
Our Goal: $6,000
We’re raising funds to purchase 6 Acer Nitro V Gaming Laptops for our players. These machines are powerful, portable, and reliable—perfect for running games like Fortnite, Fragpunk, Rocket League, and more at high performance. With your support, these laptops will go directly to players who need them, giving every student on our team an equal opportunity to grow and compete.
