Help Pishooli Fight for His Health

Pishooli, my sweet 8-year-old cat, has always been my little shadow gentle, curious, and endlessly loving.

But over the past few weeks, he’s been vomiting, losing weight, and barely eating.

After multiple vet visits and labwork, his doctors now believe he may be facing either inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) or a type of cancer called GI lymphoma. Both are serious, chronic conditions that require ongoing care, specialized diets, and in the case of lymphoma chemotherapy.

Yesterday, Pishooli was given:

Fluids to help with dehydration

Anti-nausea medication (Cerenia)

Vitamin B12 and Prednisolone (a steroid) to reduce inflammation and help him feel stronger

He will need to return for follow-up bloodwork and an ultrasound, and possibly see an internal medicine specialist for further tests or biopsies.

We’ve also had to switch him to a special hypoallergenic diet that may help his body heal if the inflammation is food-related.

The costs are adding up quickly with emergency visits, labwork, medications, and the upcoming ultrasound, his care is expected to exceed $2,000 in the next month.

I’m doing everything I can to make sure he gets the best possible care, but I need a little help to keep up with these expenses.
