Pippi has stage 3 kidney disease. She also has a UTI and Upper Respiratory infection.

She has been to the vet and given antibiotics on Sunday but so far she may need to be hospitalized if she doesn’t improve. She also has a grade 2 heart murmur. She was at the ER today after a bad night where she is wheezing and not eating at all. She is currently just under 4lbs

She has shown signs of improvement after being given anti nausea to eat, and has started eating. The mediation she is on may need to be changed and she needs extra testing to find the right meds for her to clear her infection.

The expenses for hospitalization have been quoted at $8000 and I would prefer she be treated at home surrounded by love.

She is a loving and very very special soul who lives to love on you. Everyone who meets her loves her.

Any donation helps! Her vet visits, medication and testing has been expensive and I recently got let go from a job. I don’t have pet insurance. I want her to have the best fighting chance of survival and it would mean the world to me for her to get better; she has been a constant companion for ten years and is very adored.
