Piper, my granddaughter, was rushed to OHSU’s emergency room and then transferred to Doernbecher Children’s hospital for exploratory surgery. This was due to complications from her tumor removal as an infant, and she recently had an emergency bowel resection surgery caused by existing scar tissue. It has been an incredibly difficult time for Piper and her family, as they navigate the uncertainty and stress of her medical needs.

The funds raised through this campaign will help cover medical bills, travel expenses, and the loss of work for Piper’s mom and dad while they focus on her recovery.
