Help Pip Get Urgent Neurological Care
Donation protected
Pip is my five-year-old dog and a beloved member of our family. Over the past year, he’s been struggling with mysterious episodes that have left us heartbroken and desperate for answers. These episodes started off lasting just a few minutes, but now they can go on for hours. When they happen, Pip becomes weak, can’t walk or stand, and sometimes seems almost lifeless in my arms. Other times, he paces in circles, whining and crying from anxiety. The vet initially thought it might be seizures, but medication hasn’t helped, and his condition is only getting worse. We’ve already spent so much trying to help him, but we’re at a point where he needs to see a neurologist to get the specialized care and testing he needs.
Pip has always been a fragile little guy, but he’s also full of personality. He dances for us after going outside and gives the best “mean girl” side eye if he disapproves of something. He and his brother were both Covid puppies, so they didn’t get much socializing, but while his brother is shy, Pip just wants to make friends. Watching him suffer is unbearable, and it’s not fair to him or his brother. I’ve always tried to handle things on my own, but I can’t let Pip go through this any longer without the help he needs.
Getting him to a neurologist could finally give us answers and a chance at a better life for Pip. He’s still so young and deserves the opportunity to live a happy, healthy life. Any support would mean the world to us and could make all the difference for Pip.
