As most of yorlyie are aware, Sheree (Pip) Buffett continues the fight of her life against the big “C”. First diagnosed in March 2015 with ovarian and bowel cancer, then faced with a reoccurrence in August 2020, this time appearing on her liver and now rediagnosed again in September 2021 on her lung. We have contemplated how and what we can do to help lighten the financial burden and logistical worries that Pip and Grin are faced with, as Pip continues to fight cancer. And we (Diz and Viv McCoy) have decided to put up a Go Fund Me page for those who would like to contribute towards an extremely challenging journey. Every little bit counts, contributing to providing some financial assistance for these very humble and hardworking Norf’lk sullen.

Pip has been in Brisbane since the beginning of September, staying with her sister (Maree) and her brother in law (Smitty), too sick to return home at this stage, and spending almost 3 weeks collectively in hospital. Unfortunately Grin (Ian) had to return home to the Rock to continue working, as Pip is unable to work at this stage. We are hoping to see Pip return home for a few days after her next treatment, scheduled on the 12th November, however it will depend on how her body copes with the treatment, which is required every 3 weeks for the next several months.
