Pinrod is a resilient community cat who has endured unimaginable cruelty. He was a regular at a feeding station in a parking lot cared for by the kind-hearted business owner, but Pinrod disappeared for several days only to return with devastating injuries. Someone had duct taped all of his legs together and smashed his face. By a miracle, Pinrod was released instead of being killed and he found his way back to the only home he knew, seeking help from those who had always looked out for him.
They brought Pinrod inside and nursed him back to health as best they could. His jaw healed incorrectly, causing his tongue to hang out constantly. He also suffers from severe trauma to his nasal cavity that causes body discharge and a permanent head tilt. Pinrod’s spirit remains unbroken—he is loving, sweet, and still believes in the kindness of people, even after all he has endured. We do not have photos of his initial trauma, but you can see a photo of him in-colony before being brutalized and a photo of him now, living inside with his tongue out.
Pinrod needs a CT scan, lab cultures, and other items for the specialty vet to assess and treat his injuries. While the vile person who did this to him was never found and will never be held accountable, with your donation, we can help Pinrod move forward in health and happiness so he can find his furever family that he so deserves! Donate. Share. Be Pinrod's Kitty Hero!
