On January 21st, 2026 there was a massive fire that caused destruction to a residential complex in Kyle, South Dakota on the Pine Ridge Reservation. Over 60 people have been displaced, over 20 families are struggling to restart and resettle in the middle of the winter. With a cold front coming this winter, our sundance family is coordinating across statelines to assist the families that have been affected. DENVER, COLORADO will be hosting as a hub for in person clothing donations. We are desperately asking for Blankets, Jackets, Kids Clothing, Hygeine Resources, Socks, Gloves, and other winter supplies!

If you are unable to help with in-person donations, this gofundme will be coordinating with One Spirit Lakota Empowerment, a non-profit created to assist with the needs of the Oglala Lakota people including with remodeling and building houses, chopping and delivering wood to elders, as well as other services around the Rez. Any and all donations that are collected through this GFM will be transfered to thier nonprofit.
