Dear Friends, Supporters, and Beloved Community,
I hope this message finds you well and filled with the joy of life's blessings. As I sit down to pen this heartfelt plea for your support, my heart swells with gratitude and anticipation. It is with unwavering determination and a yearning for spiritual growth that I share my dream of attending Yeshiva Temimei Darech in the holy city of Tzfat, Israel, the place where Lecha Dodi was written.
For far too long, my path has been one of limited exposure to the rich tapestry of Jewish education and culture. Growing up, the vibrant mosaic of my heritage remained elusive, and my connection to Israel was a distant ember within my heart. Now, I have the opportunity to step onto the hallowed grounds of the Ari Zal in at Yeshiva Temimei Darech where I can immerse in Jewish life.
The allure of Yeshiva Temimei Darech is a testament to its profound impact on both heart and soul. A sanctuary of knowledge, spirituality, and growth, this Yeshiva stands as a beacon of light for seekers like me who are wanting a second chance in the Jewish education that was not had as a child. Through rigorous study and spiritual immersion, I aspire to nurture my Jewish roots.
The cost of this endeavor is significant – $30,000 to be exact – a sum that includes tuition for a year at the Yeshiva as well as the expenses associated with it. It is a commitment I wholeheartedly embrace, understanding that the investment in my own growth will ripple outward.
At this juncture, I am mindful of the challenges posed by my liver disease. While I do not wish to dwell on this matter, it is a reminder that time is not guaranteed and opportunities don’t come all the time. I am compelled to seize this moment to embark on my journey of self-discovery and spiritual fulfillment. Yeshiva Temimei Darech, with its nurturing environment and supportive community, provides the ideal backdrop for me to flourish and explore my potential to the fullest.
My journey is not unique, but from humble beginnings, I am poised to fully embrace the teachings of our faith, to learn, to grow, and to become connected to what it means to be a Jew in the full sense of the word.
As September approaches, the excitement in my heart is palpable. With your generosity and support, my dream of studying in Israel will become a reality. I invite you to join me on this sacred journey.
Together, you can help me turn a dream into reality. Your contribution, no matter the size, will have a lasting impact on my life's journey, and I am profoundly grateful for your consideration and support.
May our collective efforts serve as a reminder that dreams are meant to be pursued, and obstacles are merely stepping stones on the path to greatness. Thank you for being a part of this chapter in my life.
With heartfelt gratitude and blessings,
Pinchas

Greetings and Blessings from the staff of Yeshivas Temimei Darech,
We’re all excited for the new Elul zman to begin! The yeshiva schedule will begin on the 3rd of Elul, August 20 at 4pm for a general orientation. It’s important that all arrive on time to start on the right foot. The Dormitory will reopen on Friday morning, Rosh Chodesh Elul, and all are welcome to stay that Shabbos at YTD. If you are receiving this letter, it means you’ve been officially accepted for this zman. Congratulations. Thank G-d, there has been a sudden increase in applications at YTD and we have maxed our capacity. We now have several students on a waiting list to be accepted. Don’t worry, your bed is secure. Just please send confirmation to this letter that you plan to make it on the above-mentioned starting date so we can be as organized as possible. If you have any questions whatsoever, please don’t hesitate to ask.
Wishing you a ksiva uchasima tova lshana tova umesuka Blessings for success in your upcoming learning,
