We are Piñatta: Mexican-American brothers who bring our vision of Mexican food to Chicago.
We blend our love of traditional Mexican food we grew up with and our experience working in casual fine dining (The Dawson, GT Fish & Oyster, The Publican, Etta, Owen & Engine).
With a focus on Indigenous ingredients such as heirloom corn masa, farm raised turkey, fresh seafood, squash, beans and more, we elevate the taqueria classics we all have come to love.
We do catering, private dining, pop-ups, and packaged goods such as habanero hibiscus hot sauce, salsa macha, and more.
We are looking to expand our business and go full-time so we can continue to bring our unique brand to more of Chicago and beyond.
