Everybody who knows me knows how much I love my dog, how much she is a part of my life, and how much I take pride in taking care of her and giving her all the love she deserves and needs. Recently, she was diagnosed with erosive polyarthritis, which is a rare form of arthritis that has been causing her pain and has not allowed her to walk. I recently went to the vet and was referred to a specialist, where they have to perform a procedure called a bone tap to rule out infection and then move forward with medications.

I don’t know if she’ll be able to walk again like she used to, but I want to make sure she’s comfortable and not in any pain. The funds will cover the vet visit for the specialist procedure and medications to help Piki manage her pain and improve her quality of life.
