my name is nyxie, i also go by phoenyx.

today is my birthday.

this year for my birthday i'm asking for help to jumpstart my life.

i am so deep in it, i quite frankly don't know where to even begin.

the good news?

i have a plan to make the best of my very bad situations

in spite of my best efforts i have been unemployed since nov 2023

i have a laundry list of mental health conditions as well as multiple physical disabilities to contend with which make obtaining and retaining employment that much more challenging

there are several more reasons which prevent me from functioning with conventional employment, including but not limited to a car which is a hair's breath from permadeath

so, i'm in the process of building my own business

i am in the early stages of creating a not-for-profit

social HELP network

it's called project phoenyx rising

the project's main goal

is to build a support structure within existing social media platforms

as well as to build support within local communities which are suffering

to connect as many as possible as widely as possible

to provide a centralized way to find and obtain the help they so desperately are in need of

and more

one other aspect of the project

is to create a repository of wish lists and fundraisers

of those who are in desperate need

such as families who have just lost everything

failing school districts which are on the brink of closing

overcrowded animal shelters

homeless communities

and more

it will be called a wishing well

where those who are feeling generous

can go in and directly donate to someone in need

by selecting options to help them

to grant someone in need's wish

there will be many aspects to it

i am still in the very early stages of constructing it

in terms of it being a not-for-profit:

profits earned will either be used to grow/expand the business and outreach

or used to directly help those in dire need

unfortunately at this time

money is probably the biggest problem i have

i am now 42.

i have been unemployed since late nov 2023 and unable to secure gainful employment since in spite of my many efforts.

i am approximately $20k in debt which grows each day.

in order to keep a roof over my head and the heads of my 4 emotional support cats i have been taking financial advantage of my soon-to-be ex-husband since january [as of yet unfiled, disqualifying me from assistance programs as he is employed].

my bank accounts closed on me from issues there

i closed my 401k [for the second time in my life] back in february.

i have nothing left

for the time being i have largely been living off the generosity of others

i have also been working on changing this by being a pop-up vendor at my local watering hole

[where i don't often drink]

i have been without insurance since apr 2024

i have several things going on physically i need financial help to have taken care of

including an eye doctor appointment [my prescription is very off]

and an incredibly broken tooth/other dental issues

i am also neurodivergent af

this makes my schedule a bit wonky sometimes

in order for me to maintain my mental stability

but i got this :)

all of this oversharing to say

i have a metric f-ton of reasons why i am challenged

and am in desperate need of help

as mentioned, i'm in the process of divorce

i am also currently fighting homelessness

because i am so deep in it

my aspiration is to get a school bus converted into an rv: a skoolie. i intend to use this as my mobile home business.

this will allow me to maximize as much as possible financially [aka i won't have to pay rent while being able to keep my cats with me + lower overhead cost for my business]

while living out some of my dreams to travel

as i work to expand my business
