Hello,

My name is Phoebe Durant, and I decided to make a GoFundMe to help with travel expenses getting to Macedonia. I am currently a Junior at Cal Poly Humboldt, expecting to graduate in spring 2026.

In one month, I will be leaving for Macedonia, as I was accepted into an archaeological program at the University of Cal Poly Humboldt. I took this opportunity to help get experience of a proper archaeological excavation under my belt for future career opportunities.

Due to unforeseen circumstances regarding federal funding and cuts of work hours, I am not making what I was expected to make for this work Project.
