Help Pheobe With Her Vet Bills

Pheobe is my sisters world and tonight she was attacked by a dog she had rescued. The dog was supposedly good with other dogs, according to the previous owner,but had randomly attacked Pheobe without any provocation. Phoebe got bit in the face resulting in her jaw being broken and her snout being fractured. With everything going on in the world right now finances are tough for my sister and for my family right now. The surgery and aftercare are going to cost around $7,000- $8,000 including any extra bits she will need during recovery. I’m asking this as someone who doesn’t ask for a lot but I need this help for my sister and her baby.
