Help Pho Pot Find Our Way Back ❤️

Since the flooding forced us to close our doors, so many of you have checked in, shared kind words, and asked, “How can we help?” Knowing that our Forest Grove community is thinking of us and hoping to see us reopen has meant more than you know.

We kept hoping we could find a way through this ourselves. But we’ve reached a point where we need help, and your kindness has given us the courage to ask. ❤️

We’ve poured our hearts into Pho Pot, sharing our Vietnamese food and culture with Forest Grove. The love you’ve shown our little restaurant has meant so much to us.

The sewer and water backup caused extensive damage throughout the restaurant. What we hoped would be a temporary setback has become a much longer and more uncertain road. Our entire space has been gutted, and we still don’t know when we’ll be able to reopen. Landlord's insurance has confirmed to cover some of the restoration costs, but not all of it and the bills have continued even while our doors are closed.

It has been heartbreaking to put so much into something we love and find ourselves unsure of how to keep it going.

But we haven’t given up. We want to get back to cooking for you, welcoming you through our doors, and being part of the community that has made Pho Pot feel at home.

We’re asking for your help to give us that chance.

Donations will help cover ongoing expenses during the closure and the costs of getting Pho Pot open again. We’re still working through what that path will look like, and we’ll share updates here as we learn more.
