On the evening of April 26, a devastating tornado tore through the Blair, Nebraska community, claiming many homes in its path, including the beloved home of Justin and Monika Philp and their two young children, Hudson (7) and Harper (4). In a matter of minutes, the place they called home was reduced to rubble. Justin and Monika have been always the first to offer help to anyone in need.
