Help Philly Karate Club Kick Back After Quarantine
Donation protected
Since 2017, when we founded Philly Karate Club, we have been a part of the Northeast Philadelphia Community, helping raise children with good physical fitness, discipline and moral values. We are Mamuka Geladze and Giorgi Elizbarashvili, 3rd degree black belts and world champions in karate, who made it our lifelong goal to pass on our experience in the sport to children and teens. With over 70 students, some of whom have won nationwide championships, Philly Karate Club is ethnically diverse, welcoming and open to all who have hit their third birthday. The club participated in many local and out of state competitions, festivals and seminars.
An unfortunate shift happened as a result of COVID 19, and Philly Karate Club had to close its doors to students. As a result, the school is experiencing lack of revenue needed for maintenance. With the help of our friends, sponsors, parents of students, and anyone who will find it in their hearts to make a donation, we hope to raise up to our goal amount by the end of July 2020. The funds we raise will go to costs needed for the maintenance of Philly Karate Club and help make sure we kick right back to business once it is safe to do so.
