My name is Phillip. I am writing to share a recent unfortunate event that occurred during my commute from work to home last month. While traveling on my motorcycle, I was involved in an accident. The incident did result in serious injuries, and I am unable to walk. I've been the sole provider taking care of my wife and son for over 12 years. This has impacted me alot.

I am unable to work for the next few months. I have surgeries to schedule to get back to where I was. My health insurance is unable to cover the surgeries that I need. My bills are slowly starting to add up on me. I never ask for help, but I need some help this time. My wife and son take care of me at home currently.
