Last month, I lost my job of 5 years. The job hunt's not going well- I've been tossing resumes into the void and have had a few interviews, but keep getting told I'm overqualified even for jobs with identical descriptions. I've been trying to earn money in other ways, but haven't had much luck, and at this rate, I'm not going to be able to keep the phone on, which, of course will only make the job search harder.

Recently confirmed that I'm not getting unemployment, which makes it all that much harder. I could really just use a hand keeping utilities going while I hope I get hired.
