Help Phillip and Staci Through This Battle

Our family received the news nobody ever wants to hear last week. My brother, Phillip, was diagnosed with Leukemia. It was a hard hit for our family as none of us were expecting it. Hearing the doctor say those words was so surreal that we thought he might have mixed up the charts. He was rushed to the hospital in Columbia where they administered multiple blood tests, CT scans, and MRIs before it was confirmed it was, in fact, Leukemia. He was given a blood transfusion and they administered a bone marrow test to confirm which type he has. He was transferred to MUSC as they have the best oncology department and will begin chemotherapy treatment this week. We were told he will be in the hospital for at least 4 weeks but he has a long, rough road of fighting ahead. His wife, Staci, has not left his side for one second and is being strong for the both of them. With all the treatments he has to go through we are not certain when he will be back to work. Our family is asking for any help you can with assisting Phillip and Staci during this difficult time for medical and living expenses.
