Help Phillip, a Veteran, Overcome Health Crisis

Phillip, after retiring from extensive military careers, was involved in an accident on May 15th requiring a medical stay in the hospital with emergency surgery. After returning home to recover, two days later, Phillip suffered a stroke affecting his left side.
